Terms and Conditions of Sale

All sales made by Sustainable Collective™ by Convoy('Seller') to you ('Customer') are governed by these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise indicated by Sustainable Collective by Conoy in writing.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THOROUGHLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER UNLESS YOU UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THEM. SUSTAINABLE COLLECTIVE™ BY CONVOY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND OR MODIFY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AT ANY TIME AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION.

Sale is Contingent on Customer’s Acceptance of Terms and Conditions.

Seller shall not accept Customer’s purchase orders unless and until Customer consents to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (as set forth on this website) supersede the terms and conditions of Customer's purchase order(s) and will govern all transactions between Customer and Seller. These Terms and Conditions of Sale also apply to all future transactions unless modified in writing signed by Seller and Customer.

Sales Tax

All orders originated in California are subjected to California sales tax of 8.25%. All orders originated in other states and countries are not subjected to sales tax.

Shipping

All orders will shipped within 2 business days. You will be charged a flat shipping rate of $6.00 for any orders in the continental US. Orders to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and international are subject to additional shipping charges. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive in 6-10 business days.

All orders will be shipped ground unless special arrangements have been made. For additional information on express shipping please contact service@convoyapparel.com. International orders require a 2-4 week delivery period. Please allow up to 6 weeks.

Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please be sure to give your full mailing address. Let us know if it is a business or residence.

The customer is liable for all taxes and duties accrued for international orders.

Please note that delivery to Post Office Boxes is not available.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for a refund or exchange.

Continental United States Customer Returns
All items for return or exchange merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization. To process a refund or exchange, we must first issue you a return authorization number, which you must acquire within 7 days of receipt of your order by emailing service@convoyapparel.com or calling 949.548.5055 ext.101.

Once the RA has been authorized you must display the RA number on the parcel being returned including copy of packing slip sent with original order.

Europe / Rest of World Customer Returns
All items for return or exchange merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization. To process a refund or exchange, we must first issue you a return authorization number, which you must acquire within 7 days of receipt of your order by emailing service@convoyapparel.com

We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your request for an RA. Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Sustainable Collective by Convoy.


Customer Exchanges
We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item.
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Exchanges received outside of the above stated timescales are also subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges.
Sustainable Collective™ by Convoy will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).


Receiving a refund
Refunds to you will be made within 14 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes, excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Disclaimer of Warranties
Seller cannot guarantee variations in color, shade, size and construction of stock merchandise. Seller hereby disclaims all express and implied warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. All such warranties are hereby disclaimed and excluded from any and all transactions between customer and seller and shall not apply to the merchandise sold by seller.

Limitation on Liability
Customer acknowledges that seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses (even if seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages), or personal injuries or death resulting from use or sale of the seller’s merchandise.

No Liability for Outside Vendors
Seller shall not be liable for any work performed by any third party vendor referred by Seller and hereby waives any right to assert any claim against Seller for work performed by any other third party or vendor, including but not limited to claims for negligent referral, agency, or respondent superior.
